In 2021, the Structures Bulletin EZ-SB-17-001 Rev A, "Requirements to Establish the Beneficial Effects of Cold Expanded Holes in Development of Damage Tolerance Initial and Recurring Inspection Intervals" was signed and approved for use. The revised bulletin acknowledged the "significant contributions from all members of the Engineered Residual Stress Implementation Working Group".
